Please note: The programmes offered by Wangsa Suria are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for personalised professional financial, legal, or investment advice. Content shared in sessions reflects general financial education relevant to the Malaysian context and should not be relied upon as specific guidance for individual circumstances.

3. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, and written confirmation from Wangsa Suria. Submitting an enquiry or expressing interest does not constitute enrolment.
Places in small-group programmes are limited. We encourage early registration to secure your preferred cohort. We reserve the right to decline or defer a registration where we believe a programme may not be suitable for a prospective participant's current circumstances, and we will communicate this clearly before any payment is processed.
For the Retirement Pathway Mentorship, an initial call is typically arranged before enrolment to ensure the programme is a considered fit for the participant's situation and timeline.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all programme materials, session facilitation, and any follow-up consultations described in the programme description. Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or personal costs associated with attending sessions.
Payment is due as follows, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Where payment arrangements differ from the above, these will be confirmed in writing at the time of registration. We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed through our designated payment channels and are subject to those providers' own terms.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair to both participants and to the organisation, which must plan and commit resources in advance of each programme.
Cancellation by Participant
Programme credit: Where a credit is issued in lieu of a refund, it remains valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any Wangsa Suria programme of equivalent or greater value (with the difference payable by the participant).
Medical or compassionate circumstances: We consider requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis where a participant faces medical or other serious unforeseen circumstances. Such requests should be submitted in writing as early as possible.
To cancel a registration, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. Cancellations are effective from the date your written notice is received by us.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Wangsa Suria
In the event that Wangsa Suria must cancel a programme session or the programme in its entirety (for example, due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances outside our control), we will notify enrolled participants as early as possible and offer either:
Wangsa Suria is not liable for any other costs incurred by participants as a result of a cancellation, including travel or accommodation expenses.
6. Programme Participation
Participants are expected to engage with programme content in a spirit of openness and respect for the confidentiality of the group. In small-group settings, personal financial situations may be discussed. We ask that all participants treat such disclosures with discretion.
Programme materials, written reviews, and reading lists provided to participants are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the prior written consent of Wangsa Suria.
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a programme where their conduct disrupts other participants or our facilitators. In such circumstances, refunds will not be issued. We will communicate concerns with any participant before reaching this conclusion, except in serious cases.
7. Nature of Programme Content
All content delivered through Wangsa Suria programmes is educational in nature. Our facilitators and mentors share knowledge, frameworks, and approaches drawn from their professional experience in financial planning and related fields.
Nothing communicated in a Wangsa Suria programme, whether in session, in writing, or through programme materials, constitutes personal financial, legal, tax, or investment advice tailored to any individual's circumstances. Participants who require such advice are encouraged to consult a licensed professional.
In the Family Legacy & Estate Workshop, a notary advisor attends on the third day to discuss matters relevant to estate documentation. Their presence is for informational and facilitative purposes. Participants requiring personal legal advice on estate matters should engage their own legal counsel separately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, programme descriptions, and visual design, is the property of Wangsa Suria or its content contributors and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use material from this website or from programme materials without our prior written permission, except for your own private reference purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wangsa Suria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programmes or reliance on programme content. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the participant in connection with the relevant programme.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in a programme or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
